Efektivitas Formulasi Sterilan terhadap Jenis Eksplan pada Kultur Durian Lahung (Durio dulcis)

Durian lahung is a type of endemic durian to Kalimantan which has unique characteristic, namely its red skin. The existence this plant almost extinct so that conservation needs be done and one way use tissue culture techniques. As first step, it necessary conduct experiments obtain the right sterilization method in order aseptic planting material. This study aims determine effectiveness sterilant formulation on explant for culture. was designed using two factors factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) repeated four times. factor consists five levels second levels, i.e leaf node. results showed combination tween 20, fungicide, bactericide, Bayclin 20%, alcohol 70%, HgCl2 0,05%, H2O2 17,6% with produced highest percentage browning until 4 wap. There no all combinations formulations node explant. baktericide, 70% gave longest time appear contamination browning, smaller greater live explants at 2 3 wap, while wap obtained from 0,05%. Leaf had lower higher than explants.
